Christmas Caroling

Unless COVID conditions worsen, Ebenezer Church looks forward to Christmas caroling on Sunday December 19th. We will meet at Church at 4:30 and disperse into our community from there. We WILL NOT ENTER into households this year. We invite our vaccinated and unvaccinated members to join. We suggest that those who are vaccinated ride together and those who are unvaccinated ride together. Masks are encouraged while in vehicles. If you have symptoms of cold, cough, fever, runny nose or sore throat, we will pray for you, but ask that you participate from home. Please provide names of anyone who would welcome our carolers to their yard to Bill Jones or Virginia Jennings.

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering

In Revelation 7:9, John describes a multitude from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. You are among these multitudes of worshipers!

But there is still an urgent need for the gospel to be proclaimed among some of the hardest to reach peoples and places. Every day, 155,473 people enter eternity with no hope. We are still here. Still able to go to them. Still able to share with them the most important news in all the world, the most important message they will ever hear. We can still offer help and hope. THAT IS WHY WE EXIST.

If God is calling you to go—then go. If not, God is calling you to send—so, send. How do you send? You send by praying for those who are going. You send by becoming an advocate inviting your church and others to pray and give and go. Please see the Prayer Guide. It will lead you and others in your church through a week of stories and prayers for your International Mission Board missionaries who have answered the call to go and are serving around the world.

Paul Chitwood, IMB President
